Products delivered by us are insured for their replacement value whilst in transit. Customers have a right to refuse damaged products upon delivery. We exclude liability for damage to any goods received and accepted by a customer.

Delivery time information is supplied as an estimate of normal duration of delivery once a product has been dispatched. Delays may occur during shipping or if the product is out of stock. An adult signatory is required to receive goods.

Goods may only be returned in instances of shipping or processing error by idealstore. All sales are final. Returned goods must be in original, unopened condition to be accepted.

All new Apple products sold by idealstore are warranted for one year by Apple. In the event that you require warranty service or technical support for your Apple product within the one-year period please contact Apple's Call Centre at 13 36 22 (Australia only).

A service agent who cannot resolve any problems by phone may dispatch a certified technician or refer you to your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider. Please retain your invoice from Ideal Systems Pty Ltd as proof of purchase.
